Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us by email in case there is a problem with your order.

Before contacting us, please check your SPAM or junk mail folders in case the order confirmation has been redirected.

Do you offer the creation of a fully customized SK-Lab model?

Yes. We provide a wide range of configurations and offer you the possibility to create a unique model. To do so, simply contact us by email and select the elements that best reflect your style and desires.

Do your watches use genuine Seiko parts?

Indeed. We use original Seiko movements for our creations. While we draw inspiration from iconic models, it's important to emphasize that we do not produce replicas or products officially affiliated with Seiko.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all our watches come with a 3-year warranty. We commit to repairing or replacing it if you encounter any problems.
A 2-year extended warranty is also offered when you pay for your order.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Our watches are designed to be water-resistant in various situations.
Quartz models are perfectly suited for daily use, withstanding splashes, hand washing, or rain.
Automatic watches, on the other hand, offer enhanced water resistance and can be submerged up to 100m deep. They are suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but are not intended for scuba diving with tanks.

Please note that the markings on our dials are purely aesthetic and do not reflect a specific level of water resistance.

Delivery

What are the expected lead times for receiving a modified watch?

Each watch is carefully assembled and includes precise optimization and adjustment of the movement. This process takes 4 to 12 days, depending on demand, for a result of +10s/day.

Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

If I'm not satisfied, can I return my order?

Yes, a 14-day money-back guarantee is offered for all orders on sylys.fr :)

If I'm not satisfied, can I return my order?

Yes, a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered for all orders.

What are the return conditions for a modified model?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch. You will be refunded with store credit on our shop after we receive and inspect the product.
Please note, however, that fully customized items cannot be returned.
