Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, all our watches come with a 3-year warranty. We commit to repairing or replacing them if you encounter any issues. A 2-year extended warranty is also available at the time of purchase.
Do you offer the creation of a fully customized SK-LAB model?
Yes. We provide a wide range of configurations and offer you the opportunity to create a unique model. To do so, simply contact us by email and select the elements that best reflect your style and preferences.
Do your watches feature genuine Seiko components?
Indeed. We use original Seiko movements for our creations. Although we draw inspiration from iconic models, it is important to emphasize that we do not produce replicas or products officially affiliated with Seiko.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are designed to be water-resistant in various situations.
Quartz models are perfectly suited for daily use, resistant to splashes, hand washing, or rain.
Automatic watches, on the other hand, offer enhanced water resistance and can be submerged up to 100 m deep. They are suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but are not intended for scuba diving.
Please note that the markings on our watch faces are purely aesthetic and do not reflect a specific level of water resistance.
What are the expected lead times for receiving a modified watch?
Each watch is carefully assembled and includes precise optimization and adjustment of the movement.
This process takes 10 to 12 days, depending on demand, for a result of +10s/day. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days.
